Many of you may remember me talking about my pregnant friend Jenn on here.  She and I ended up going to the same infertility clinic and somehow after a few months even ended up on the same cycle.  Got our IUI's a day apart and found out we were pregnant within 24 hours of each other!  We were even given the same due date!!  Although I struggled with our differences during the first tri, as her issue was getting pregnant and mine was keeping the baby, having her to share this experience has been such a blessing!  She shares my faith and has been such a great support for me.  We were friends before sharing our struggles, but have definitely become much closer since.

After struggling with preterm labor at 25ish weeks, she gave birth to two beautiful healthy babies around 2:30 am this morning (@37.2 weeks)!!!  The most amazing part is she went in to labor naturally and had a vaginal birth of both babies WITHOUT ANY MEDS!!!  She is SO my hero!!!  Her baby boy Acer was born first @ 6lbs 2oz and baby girl Ayla second @ 5lbs 14oz.  They are absolutely gorgeous and perfect!

Her and her hubby are truly amazing wonderful Christians who struggled greatly before conceiving and are just so appreciative of their gifts from God.  They are going to make great parents.  I can not wait until our precious baby girl is here to meet them, as I lovingly refer to them as her best friends...lol.  Please keep them in your prayers as they now adjust to a life with twins!!

God is so good!!!

Dang! I just noticed that your ticker says you have two weeks to go! How exciting!

So when I was talking about the heat, I should have mentioned that it's a "dry heat". Being a West Coast girl, I truly can't fathom humidity. Something tells me I would be miserable. But I don't mind the dry heat (imagine a hair dryer on low).

    Hang in there!
