LOL how is that for a post title!  But I am super excited that God has rewarded me for making the difficult decision to take the month off.  It seems to be the slowest month ever, but it has definitely given hubby & I time to reconnect.  I won't lie; I am still fighting thinking about TTC daily but now that we've made it past my fertile period it's a lot easier.  I started using OPK's on CD 8 & then twice a day by CD 12.  I usually got a positive like clockwork on CD 13 but that day it got darker & then went light when I tested again that night.  I was so very bummed.  So by CD 14 I was literally testing every pee (yay cheap internet strips)!  Finally, on CD 15 in the afternoon I got a positive!!  I can't tell you how happy this made me.  So I guess since the mmc, I now ovulate about 2/3 days later than I used to.  Which is fine.  Because now that I know this I know what to expect.  I can take the clomid cycle days 5-9 or 6-10 instead of 4-8 & hopefully not have to take the trigger shot.

We go in a week from today to meet w/our new RE.  I am super excited but also nervous.  The 30th will be only 4 days until AF is do. I'm scared that he'll want to run tests & have results before we can try again.  If so, hopefully they can be done in that short time.  I tried moving the appt up, but was only able to by one day.  Better than nothing I guess.  I definitely needed the break but am so ready to start TTC again!

I'm so glad that the month of waiting has been good for you and your husband. Remember--that's the most important thing: your relationship with your husband and Addy (and Christ). I totally understand the excitement, but remember to keep these relationships as a priority.

In related news, I think that I also ovulated in this first cycle now that I stopped breastfeeding (granted, the hubby is out of the country...but still a small victory).

    Hang in there!

whoop whoop for Ovulation! Glad to hear that you can now pin point a bit better and have a clearer picture and plan of action. I have a suspicion my O days are off as well. Good resting and time off!

Isn't it nice to have confirmation about your bodys cycle. I would stalk ovulation too! Hopefully your new RE can get things moving quickly and you'll be off to a BFP VERY SOON :)

I wish you all things wonderful and am sending you loads of hugs as you move forward. And lots of prayers as well. So happy you had time to reconnect with your husband, as we need that don't we.
