Tomorrow I will be 29 weeks and things are moving along great!!  Went and had a check up yesterday which ended up being great timing as I was cramping a bit and starting to freak out.  Luckily, everything was fine.  Got the results of my 1hr glucose and am happy to say I passed.  I also spoke to her about doing another sono and why I felt it was important.  She was super understanding about it and I have one scheduled for 34 weeks!  Thank you all for your advice on the subject.  She picked this time because I guess at this point if you would start to go in to pre-term labor they wouldn't stop you.  Her train of thought is if they were to see something wrong (Lord forbid!), then they would be able to deliver baby girl if need be.  I can't wait to see her again!!!  Here is a pic from 28 weeks.

We started our Bradley classes last week and I am just loving them.  I am a firm believer in the saying, "Knowledge is Power", and I have learned so much already.  My favorite part for sure is the relaxation excercises.  I have such an amazing desire to birth baby girl naturally and know that this class will help me succeed in reaching that goal.  We will also be going to tour the L&D at our hospital the first Thurs in May.

Things with the nursery are coming along well too.  We have everything painted and I am just waiting on the bedding and such before I decide where to put the butterfly/dragonfly decals I got from etsy.  This is how things are looking so far.
My little sister and big brother painted the cattails for me!!  I think they did such an amazing job.  I have no artistic talent what so ever!!

I have my first shower upstate on Saturday with the in-laws.  I am super super excited (minus the 8 hour drive-not including pee breaks).  Hubby's family is relatively large as I have 11 nieces and nephews (with my SIL expecting), and they sure know how to throw a shower.  My bridal shower there was amazing.  However, the shower I am most excited about is next Sat and that is the one my mom and sis are holding for me.  The great thing is we are having it at our new church!!!  So my family, friends and church family will be altogether to celebrate baby girl!!!  There are already 40 people who RSVP'd!!  Can't wait!!!  It is amazing to realize how loved our little miracle already is!  She has already brought so much joy to our lives, I can't imagine what it will be like once she's here.

Also, I would like to ask for pray for two of my friends.  First, my dear friend Jenn who is pregnant with twins and do the same day as me.  She started spotting today and went to the hospital.  Last I heard from her she was hooked up to an external fetal monitor and waiting for the doc.  These babies are so absolutely dear to me.  We went to the same clinic and after months of trying, ended up on the same cycle somehow and both got pregnant.  We have gone through every single step of this together.  Another friend of mine who's name is Dawn has been trying to bring home a baby for 13 years.  She works in the HR dept at my job and one day when I went to the office for something she asked to talk with me in private.  She said she had seen me at the clinic and wondered if I would mind if she asked me some questions.  I was visibly pregnant at the time.  She explained that she has a difficult time getting pregnant and had 2 times in the past only to loose them.  She had just begun getting ready to do IVF.  Because of our shared issues we have become friends and I was happy to learn that she is 5 weeks pregnant.  Please pray that the Lord allows her to keep this little one (or 2-as there were 2 embies transferred).  She is in her early 40's now and I know she would make a great mom.

Love the belly pic! Love the nursery so far. They did a great job on painting. We really enjoyed our Bradley classes too. Even if I'm not able to do it without an Epi I will still be glad we took those classes for the knowledge of everything. As our Bradley teacher said, we can only give it our all and what really counts is walking away with our healthy baby. ♥
