So the past couple of days has seemed pretty absurd!! I find myself saying "seriously?" out loud like 10 times a day. For example:
-Remember my pshcyo in law? She has two children (one from a prior marriage). She had a baby shower for each one. Please keep in mind that when she had her shower for my first nephew (my mom's first ever grandchild) none of us were invited!!! Nice right?! In typical psycho, selfish, in desperate need of attention fashion....she is having a shower for her 3rd!!! That's right!! Three children, three showers!! Oh and of course I can't forget that although she is 4 weeks ahead of me, her shower is the day after mine!! And naturally my mom and aunts are invited this time!! Seriously, I do my best to pray often for this woman, but reality is I just don't like her. Man what was my brother thinking????
-I hire three seasonal staff members each year and they come in to fill out paperwork prior to starting. The two woman I hired came in, met with HR and things went great. I took a sick day on Tues and the one gentleman I hired came in to do his paperwork that day.....BAREFOOT!! No joke he walked into a government building into the HR department and decided it was both professional and appropriate not to wear any shoes!! Needless to say we had a discussion and he apologized and I'm hoping things get better from here!!
- My birds that I protect don't usually nest until the end of April. Usually I have a full time seasonal on by this point. Well this year they are all college students and can't start full time until after finals. Figured this wasn't a problem as I had time before they nest. Yeah well the silly birds decided to nest the earliest ever recorded in history this year!!! Can I catch a break here????
There are a number of situations like this that have occurred recently but I won't bore you with anymore. Needless to say, I am ready for the weekend. On the bright side tomorrow I am officially in my 3rd trimester!!! We also started our at home Bradley classes yesterday and the instructor is wonderful. I have already learned so much and am confident that she will help me to go natural. I also did my one hour GD on Tues and find out the results on the 21st. Let's hope that it's negative!!!

O man, you have a psycho sister in law too.. I feel for you. That is so bizarre about the barefoot guy! Glad your Bradley classes are going well.

Wow! That's some crazy stuff going on. What the heck is up with the multiple showers?? From the way it sounds, she's throwing them for herself?? Wacky.
Congrats on the third trimester! I have my GD test tomorrow. Good luck to both of us!
