So today has ended up being an interesting day so far!!  Let me start from the beginning.  Went in on Tues 10/13 for my CD 12 sono and b/w.  Usually go CD 11, but was upstate at a friends wedding so ended up going a day later.  Everything looked good.  Had 2 follies (15 & 18mm), one on each side, and lining was at 7mm.  They told me to come in on Fri for another sono unless I surged prior, then to give a call.  I usually don't surge until CD 15 and O on CD 16 so just figured when I went in they would see I was surging from the b/w and we'd be good to go on Sat morn.

So I took an OPK yesterday morning (CD 14) which was negative and then another when I got home from work at 6pm and was shocked to see that it was positive.  It was late and no one was at the RE office so I didn't think to call the nurse on call as it says for emergencies only.  I woke up again this morning and tested and it was still positive, so I figured maybe I just caught it going up and still had plenty of time and would go as planned on Sat.  Well I went in this morning and when they did the sono the two follicles were gone!!!  I thought oh great now I blew it!!!  I started feeling some pretty bad O cramps on the way into the office this morning but just kept convincing myself I still had plenty of time.  Thankfully my super wonderful Dr said "well if you are available and can get your husband here with a sample we can do it this morning and it should be perfect timing"!  So this morning I had an unexpected IUI and am hoping and praying it wasn't too late!!  We did BD late Wed night so hopefully that is a little extra insurance.  So here's to another fabulous 2WW with a pretty crazy start!!  Oy!

I hope everything works out for you. I am also struggling with recurring miscarriage. I hope you don't mind me poking around your blog. Knowing I am not the only one with this problem is a comfort to me. Feel free to visit my blog emiwantsababy.blogspot.com. There isn't much there. I just started it.
