So my little sister and her boyfriend came out to celebrate her and hubby's birthday and she went home without a clue!!  I have 2 brothers (one I am not close to as he married a psycho) and my wonderful little sister.  I told my other brother as he was also coming out to celebrate, so I had someone else to help me keep our little secret.  It was also very nice to be able to tell a family member I know I can trust.  We had this whole convoluted plan set up where hubby, bro and me would all be drinking the same drink but whenever mine would be ordered it would be alcohol free.  Being as I drink very rarely we figured this wouldn't be too hard.  Right before we left plans changed and I ended up needing to drive!!!  So we didn't even have to go forward with our plan...lol.  So I ended up having a wonderful weekend, even though it was super hard as I wanted to tell her and my mom (came over for dinner Sat night) sooooooo bad.  Hubby and I will be upstate for Thanksgiving so the next time I get together with my family is Christmas!!!  So now although keeping it is NOT easy, it will be easier.  Now to get through Thanksgiving with hubby's family lol.  Last pregnancy we told them early and asked for them not to say anything.  Before we knew it, their whole church knew!!  So I'm not struggling as much with telling them....but hubby is.

On Tues we finally go for our first u/s and I CAN'T WAIT!!!  I'm so very nervous but also excited.  I don't expect to see a heartbeat (although it will be nice).  I defintely have pregnancy symptoms, which I did not have with either of my previous two pregnancies and that makes me feel calmer.  I've never had sore boobs and OMG are they sore now.  I also have very weird gas like nausea and am hugnry all the time.  As I've said I never had anything like this, so I am very hopeful.  Will let you ladies know how the u/s goes!!!

"But if we hope for what we do not have yet, we wait for it patiently" (Romans 8:25)
